<  I  believe we  would  be interested  in hosting  a  media representative  or  receive an allowance  to  have  a  guest  on board  at  some  point during racing,we would  appreciate  it  if  you could  use  this note  as  a  requesr  to  the  race  committee to  perhaps issue an  amendment  so all teams  might  have the  opportuniw  to do so.  \Ve are  happy  to  be acknoledged as  the  source  of  the request so  no problem  with  using the  boat's name  in  this  regard  >

IJembarquement d'un invité  est  autorisé  sous les  conditions  suivanres  :

• -  L'invité ne participe pas aux manceuvres,

• -  Bateau français : l'invité doit être licencié à la FFVoile,

• -  Bateau étranger : le propriétaire garanti que l'invité embarqué est assuré dans les mêmes conditions

  décrites en préambule des IC,

• -  Tous les invités devront être déclarés à I'organisation au moins 2 heures a\ant le signal d'avertissement

  de la course concernée.

  Guests are authorized on board under the following conditions:
  - shall not take part in the maneuvers
  - French boat: must be members of the FFVoile
  - Foreign boat: the owner guarantees that guests on board are insured under the same conditions described in the preamble of the SI

  - must be declared to the organizati.on at least 2 hours before the warning signal of the concerned race(s)
