The Sirens race team @thesirensyachtracing #sirensracing are a squad of British female sailors founded by Susan Glenny in 2013. The squad comprises almost 70 girls ranging from Olympian's to recretreational racers. The squad exists not because we particularly believe in all women's racing, we all race in mixed teams too. We exists to offer opportunity for girls to develop in roles that they otherwise might not get the chance to do regularly as part of a mixed team. We frequently have our male fellow sailors aboard to offer training, tactical input and coaching.
