Rapido 60
Our ineffable trimaran is a Rapido 60 ( details at Rapido60.com) I have owned the boat for 5 months now and we have crossed the Atlantic and cruised around Martinique and St Lucia. We recently took part in our first race around Barbados and won the multihull Class beating Silver Bullet the current record holder by 6 seconds, and made 6th overall. The Rapido 60 was in the top 3 in last year Multihull Magazine awards. The designers Morrelli and Melvin have done such a caring job making a wonderfully safe and stable platform capable of really great speeds and yet still a delight to liveaboard.She measures 60 feet x 38 feet and weighs in at 9.5 tons. She points beautifully and we regularly clock over 15 knots upwind. There are not many multihulls where you can sleep comfortably in the front cabin on an atlantic crossing! We will be interested to see how she fares against the other multihulls. The owner Steve Bourne is based in Hong Kong and we are delighted to join and support your inaugural Multi hull regatta. We look forward to having a look at the amazing boats that have been entered and people are always welcome to see our ocean going trimaran. We love her!

Simply we have an ineffable crew who are very commited with a serious sailing addiction, great talent and experience of well over 100,000 miles. We love to race and party and are still learning about our boat squeezing a bit more out of her every outing. Crew are Steve Bourne, Owner, Ross Harwood, Robert Palmer and Misty Dawn
